Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.

Further images made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
